Terms and Conditions – West Coast Mobile Tyres  Last updated: February 2026
1. Application These terms apply to all bookings, tyre supply, fitting, balancing, puncture repair, and related mobile services provided by West Coast Mobile Tyres.
2. Booking & Service - Bookings are confirmed upon mutual, verbal or written acceptance or where payment/deposit is agreed. - We attend your nominated safe, legal location within our service area. - You must provide safe access, adequate lighting, and a level surface. - Vehicle must be presented with keys, spare tyre/tools if required, and in roadworthy condition. - We may refuse/cancel service if unsafe, inaccessible, or vehicle unsuitable.
3. Payment - Full payment due on completion unless pre-arranged. - Accepted methods: card (excl Amex, Diners Club), cash or direct transfer if pre-arranged - Call-out fees may apply for cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows.
4. Prices & Quotes - Prices include supply, fitting, balancing, valve if applicable, old tyre disposal (where applicable). - Quotes valid for 7 days and while stocks reamin available. - Additional charges may apply for extras (e.g. difficult access, longer travel time).
5. Consumer Guarantees - Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For minor failures we may repair/replace/refund.
6. Liability - We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, tyre misuse, improper inflation, or damage caused by third parties. - Maximum liability limited to the service value. - No liability for consequential loss, indirect loss, or loss of profits.
7. Tyres & Warranties - Manufacturer warranties apply to tyres. - No warranty on punctures/road hazard unless optional cover purchased.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Free cancellation >24 hours notice. - Fee applies for <24 hours notice or no-show.
9. Governing Law - Western Australia law applies. Disputes subject to WA courts.
10. Changes - We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
